Terms of service
1. VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The ensuing terms and conditions are applicable to all services offered by vaymoesim.com, hereinafter referred to as Vaymo eSIM, related to the reselling of prepaid eSIMs. These terms and conditions are outlined on the Vaymo eSIM website; any deviation from these clauses by Vaymo eSIM can only be entertained upon an explicit written accord.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
2.1 eSIM RESELLING
Vaymo eSIM engages in the reselling of prepaid eSIMs.
Customers register and procure their eSIMs via the Vaymo eSIM website. Transactions are facilitated through credit card and PayPal (PayPal Website).
2.2 REGISTRATION FOR USING Vaymo eSIM SERVICES
Acceptance of the general terms and conditions is required for utilizing Vaymo eSIM services. The client, directly or via a service intermediary (Hotel, Travel Agency…), furnishes the following details on the Vaymo eSIM website: Nickname, Address (billing address), Email address.
2.3 Vaymo eSIM ENGAGEMENTS
Vaymo eSIM aims, within reason, to tender a quality service to customers. However, no assurance is provided regarding uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.
2.4 CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS
In utilizing the Equipment or Services provided by Vaymo eSIM, the Customer must abstain from actions that are abusive, illegal, or fraudulent, or that impair or damage the Network.
Should a breach of obligations under this Section occur, Vaymo eSIM retains the right to suspend the customer’s service utilization. Notification of such suspension will be relayed to the customer as soon as reasonably feasible. During suspension periods, all due charges under this Agreement related to the suspended Services remain payable by the customer.
3. START, DURATION, AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
The service contract between Vaymo eSIM and the customer commences upon order placement on the Vaymo eSIM website and concludes upon the customer’s receipt of the purchased eSIM. eSIM activation is incumbent upon the Customer.
4. CHARGES AND PAYMENT
4.1 PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Vaymo eSIM service payments are processed via credit card and PayPal.
Transactions are conducted in US Dollars ($).
Credit card transactions are secured and processed by Vaymo eSIM providers PacyPay (PacyPay Website) and PayPal (PayPal Website).
4.2 CHARGES FOR USE
All charges specified by Vaymo eSIM are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.
In instances where the customer, in good faith, disputes an invoice or part thereof, Vaymo eSIM must be notified within 12 days of invoice receipt, detailing the rationale behind the dispute and, if feasible, the amount deemed accurate by the customer.
The customer is not entitled to offset any of its claims against claims of Vaymo eSIM, except where such claims are undisputed or confirmed by a final court decision.
DELIVERY
Post-purchase, the customer is required to provide an email address for the receipt of eSIM QR codes.
5. REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY
Customers retain the right to seek a refund or replacement where eSIM activation is hindered due to technical issues attributable to Vaymo eSIM.
Vaymo eSIM credit balance cannot be refunded, converted to cash, or used in conjunction with discount vouchers.
6. PRIVACY
All data rendered by customers during Vaymo eSIM service usage will be safeguarded in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
All customer data retained by Vaymo eSIM will be used exclusively for contractual fulfillment and for informing customers about products related to their contractual agreement. Customers expressly consent to receiving such information, including marketing communications, in electronic form (e.g. via email).
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notice to Vaymo eSIM, specifying the affected email addresses.
7. DISCLAIMER
Vaymo eSIM shall not be held liable for compensation of losses or breach of contract under the following circumstances, should you be unable to establish a connection using Vaymo eSIM or if the data connection service falls below expectations:

Data transmission interruptions due to malfunctioning of telecom carrier facilities or networks;

Package interruptions caused by force majeure events, including typhoons, earthquakes, power outages, floods, wars, or terrorist attacks;

System interruptions due to hacking;

Faulty terminal devices;

Remote or specific regions lacking signal coverage;

Areas without network coverage, including subways, tunnels, basements, mountainous terrains, and seas.
8. SERVICE MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL
Where abuse, misuse, excessive consumption, wastage, or unjustified use of data negatively affects other users’ network experience, the carrier may impose controls or suspend service to ensure fair use and service quality for all users.
Except as expressly permitted by these terms and applicable laws, you may not lease, license, mortgage, translate, adapt, modify, merge, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Vaymo eSIM, nor integrate it with other products or packages.
Malicious use of Vaymo eSIM credits or fraudulent payment activities may result in account balance clearance or account suspension.
9. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
Vaymo eSIM disclaims liability for damages arising from service unavailability or intermittent availability. No guarantee of continuous network service is provided.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong (HK).
