An eSIM is a built-in digital SIM that lets you download a mobile data plan without inserting a physical SIM card.
2How do I install and activate my Vaymo eSIM?
After purchase, you’ll receive a QR code by email.
  • Open your phone settings → Cellular/Mobile Data → Add eSIM
  • Scan the QR code (or enter details manually)
  • Turn on the eSIM line and enable data roaming if required
3Will my eSIM start immediately after purchase?
Most plans start when the eSIM connects to a supported network at the destination (not when you buy it). Some plans may start after installation—please check the product description.
4Can I keep my physical SIM for calls and SMS?
Yes. You can keep your primary SIM active for calls/SMS and use the Vaymo eSIM for data. (Dual SIM devices recommended.)
5Can I hotspot/share data?
In most cases yes, but it depends on the plan and local carrier policies. If hotspot is restricted, it will be noted on the product page.
6What should I do if there is no signal or no data?
Try these quick checks:
  • Make sure the eSIM line is turned ON
  • Set eSIM as Cellular Data line
  • Enable Data Roaming if required
  • Toggle Airplane Mode on/off
  • Restart the phone
  • Check APN settings (if the plan provides APN info)
7Can I reinstall the same eSIM on another phone?
Usually no. Most eSIM QR codes are one-time installation. If you delete it, you may not be able to add it again—please install only when ready.
8Do you support refunds?
If the eSIM has not been installed/used, refunds may be possible depending on the plan rules. If you have an issue, contact support with your order number and screenshots.
