If the satisfaction derived from your eSIM experience falls short of expectations, we implore you to communicate this to us!
Our eSIMs are typically synonymous with flawless functionality, however, should you encounter connectivity issues, we stand ready to extend a full or partial refund. Certain stipulations are in place, thus, a thorough examination of our terms outlined below is advisable.
The cancellation and return rules outlined herein are universally applicable to all acquisitions made via the online portal vaymoesim.com, devoid of exceptions.
Upon the purchase of your eSIM, a confirmation email harboring the QR code will be dispatched to you. Post-dispatch, we are unable to retrieve the eSIM or inhibit its usage. Owing to this, refunds are provisioned solely under specific circumstances.
All eSIM and network services are provided by prominent Telecom Operators. In the event of any issues, our technical staff will liaise with the Telecom Operator to address the concern. Your cooperation in providing mobile phone settings, if required, during this process would be greatly appreciated. Should the issue remain unresolved, we will furnish you with the details regarding the refund process.
Full or partial refund may be provided under the following circumstances:
1. Please ensure that you have an eSIM-compatible and carrier unlocked mobile device before making the purchase. A charge of USD $2 or 10% of order value (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund amount if the device does not support eSIM, and a refund is requested. 2. If the malfunction of the eSIM is attributed to an error on the part of Vaymo eSIM or the connection provider, we offer a full or partial refund. Before initiating the refund process, we request you to:
(1) Contact our support team at (servicev@vaymoesim.com) or online chat to report the connectivity issue.
(2) Provide information and screenshot evidence to assist our team in diagnosing the problem. Should the connectivity issue prove unsolvable, Vaymoesim will proceed with refunding your order.
3. In cases where the eSIM fails to establish an internet connection at all, we extend a full refund minus a nominal administrative fee.
4. Conversely, if the eSIM stops working or only works intermittently, a partial refund will be granted based on the number of days without internet access, excluding any days with functional connectivity. Please contact us as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee a full refund if you contact us after your trip.
5. If the refund request is due to customer-related reasons (such as placing the wrong order, not following instructions, receiving but not using the eSIM, etc.), please note that once an eSIM is issued, it incurs a cost. We may issue a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances, with a small processing fee deducted accordingly.
Refunds may not be provided under the following circumstances:
1. Please activate the data plan before the expiry date. Once it expires, cancellations, refunds, or changes are not allowed.
2. One eSIM can only work with one device. An eSIM cannot be transferred once it has been added to a device. There will be no refund if you install the eSIM on devices you don't intend to use.
3. Refunds are unattainable if the email address furnished during the purchase process is erroneous. Although we can redirect the eSIM to an alternate email address, the guarantee against utilization by the recipient of the incorrect email address is non-existent, thereby negating the possibility of a refund.
4. Refund requests stemming from a change of heart or a dissolution of the eSIM necessity are not entertained.
Refund issuance is strictly confined to the scenarios explicitly enumerated on this page.
If any dispute arises due to refunds or returns, Vaymoesim reserves the right to make the final decision.
Refund to the original method: We will issue the refund back the way you pay once a refund is approved, it can take up to thirty (30) business days to appear on a statement depending on the bank.
Return: As our eSIM products are delivered virtually via email, returns are not applicable. In case of any issues, please contact us for support and potential refunds.
Shipping Fee for Returns and Exchanges: We provide free shipping for all orders. As our products are delivered via email, there are no shipping fees for returns and exchanges.
